Turning a company around requires a solid analysis of the situation and a plan to address the issues and implement corrective actions.

Often a business is confronted with a specific problem, rather than a full blown crisis. I help my clients, like in other stages, to talk through the problem and its causes, and create viable solutions to address the problem.

Sometimes a company experiences a full on crisis, whether internal or external, and it is all hands on deck. I help my clients to create and implement a crisis management plan. Often a level headed approach from an outsider is needed.

When there is conflict between owners, employees, vendors, or customers, I can help devise conflict management strategies in the workplace in a way that protects the integrity of the business.

From time to time business owners just aren’t able to pull it off. They may be great at selling or providing a service, but they are just not capable of a do it yourself approach to running the business. This can be temporary or permanent. I can take on the role of an Interim Manager until it makes sense to bring in permanent management or return it to the owner.
